This is a highly technical, platform-focused product leadership role at the center of a growing multi-product ecosystem serving mission-driven organizations. You will define how core systems connect across CRM, fundraising, and volunteer management products, shaping the APIs, data flows, and integration patterns that power seamless cross-product experiences. The role sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and architecture, requiring both strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will enable scalable workflows across internal tools, third-party integrations, and partner ecosystems, ensuring that complex systems work together with minimal friction. A key part of the role involves building infrastructure for automation and agent-driven capabilities, supporting the next generation of intelligent workflows. This position is ideal for a systems thinker who enjoys building, iterating, and shipping platform capabilities that unlock meaningful customer value at scale.

Accountabilities

• Define and own the platform and integration strategy across CRM, fundraising, and volunteer systems, ensuring seamless connectivity across data, APIs, and workflows.
• Design and deliver cross-product capabilities that enable end-to-end workflows spanning multiple applications and user roles.
• Develop and evolve public APIs and platform primitives to support extensibility, scalability, and third-party integrations.
• Enable automation and agent-driven workflows by defining underlying orchestration, permissions, and system interaction models.
• Collaborate with engineering and architecture teams to make system-level design decisions and ensure long-term scalability.
• Act as a horizontal connector across product teams to align priorities, reduce friction, and maintain consistency across platforms.
• Build and iterate rapidly using prototypes and AI-assisted tools to validate ideas and improve product direction through real usage.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in SaaS, platform products, or integration-heavy environments.
• Strong technical background with APIs, distributed systems, integrations, and system architecture concepts.
• Proven ability to build and ship platform capabilities used across multiple products, teams, or ecosystems.
• Experience working with developer platforms, partner integrations, or API-first products.
• Comfort collaborating closely with engineering teams on technical design, tradeoffs, and system behavior.
• Hands-on mindset with experience building prototypes, workflows, or lightweight implementations to validate ideas.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted product development tools and modern product discovery approaches.
• Strong systems thinking, decision-making ability, and comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional teams.
