This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Product Manager, Emerging Consumer Products in Canada.

This role sits at the intersection of product innovation, behavioral science, and consumer engagement, focused on transforming how millions of users interact with a new generation of driving-related digital experiences. You will own a high-impact product area designed to shift user behavior, turning occasional app usage into a daily habit through meaningful insights, rewards, and safety-driven feedback loops. The position requires a strong balance of product intuition, analytical rigor, and UX sensitivity, as you shape experiences that help users understand and improve their driving behavior. You will operate in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment where roadmap clarity is earned through discovery, not predefined. Working closely with design, engineering, data science, and research teams, you will define and scale engagement strategies that directly influence retention and trust. This is a highly visible role with significant ownership over product direction and long-term vision in a rapidly growing consumer platform.

Accountabilities

    • Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a driving behavior and engagement platform, focusing on habit formation, retention, and long-term user value.
    • Design and optimize core user journeys including trip tracking, driving scores, rewards systems, safety insights, and personalized recommendations to improve clarity, trust, and engagement.
    • Develop and scale behavioral engagement loops that drive consistent usage through meaningful feedback, notifications, incentives, and personalization strategies.
    • Lead experimentation efforts including A/B testing, funnel analysis, and user research to identify high-impact opportunities and validate product decisions.
    • Define and evolve the next generation of mobility and safety experiences, including AI-driven personalization, crash detection concepts, and ecosystem partnerships.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, data science, research, and growth teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric product experiences.
    • Translate complex behavioral and product data into actionable insights that guide roadmap prioritization and product evolution.

    Requirements

      • 5+ years of product management experience in consumer-facing digital products, ideally mobile-first and data-driven environments.
      • Strong background in engagement, retention, personalization, lifecycle design, rewards systems, or habit-forming product experiences.
      • Proven ability to use data, experimentation, and user research to drive product decisions in ambiguous problem spaces.
      • Experience working closely with design, engineering, and data teams in fast-paced, iterative environments such as startups or high-growth companies.
      • Strong analytical mindset with comfort in funnel analysis, experimentation frameworks, and interpreting user behavior signals.
      • Excellent UX intuition with the ability to identify friction points and improve product clarity, trust, and usability.
      • Experience in trust-sensitive domains such as mobility, fintech, marketplaces, insurance, or safety-focused products is a plus.

      Benefits

        • Competitive compensation package including base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 USD depending on experience and location.
        • Equity opportunities as part of the total compensation package.
        • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • Paid time off, parental leave, and wellness programs.
        • Retirement savings plan with employer matching (401K or RRSP depending on location).
        • Flexible remote-first work environment across North America.
        • Opportunity to shape a high-impact consumer product with significant scale and growth potential.
