This role sits at the intersection of fintech, SaaS, and youth sports operations, owning the end-to-end financial experience for a large ecosystem of sports organizers. You will shape how money moves through the platform—from payments collection to reconciliation, budgeting, and embedded financial services. The work combines product strategy, hands-on execution, and deep cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, finance, and compliance teams. You will define and scale a cohesive financial infrastructure that supports both operational simplicity and regulatory rigor. This is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant ownership over one of the most strategic growth areas in the business. It requires strong product judgment, systems thinking, and the ability to operate in a regulated fintech environment.

Accountabilities:

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for the financial services portfolio, including payments, embedded banking, lending, cards, budgeting, and accounting capabilities across the platform.
• Translate complex financial and regulatory requirements into clear product specifications, user stories, and actionable development plans for engineering and design teams.
• Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on customer needs, data insights, revenue potential, and strategic business goals.
• Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, and external banking and payment partners to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements such as KYC, AML, PCI, ACH, and card network rules.
• Lead agile product processes including backlog grooming, sprint planning, release management, and ongoing iteration based on performance insights.
• Define and monitor key product and financial metrics, using data to optimize user experience, adoption, and monetization.
• Collaborate across product teams to ensure seamless end-to-end financial workflows and a consistent platform experience for users.

Requirements:

This role requires a seasoned product leader with 6–8+ years of product management experience, including significant ownership of fintech, payments, banking, or transaction-heavy SaaS products. The ideal candidate brings strong execution capability, regulatory awareness, and a deep understanding of embedded finance systems.

• 6–8+ years of product management experience with ownership of software or fintech products from discovery through delivery
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payments infrastructure, including ACH, card networks, payment processors, and embedded finance models
• Experience working in regulated environments and collaborating closely with legal, compliance, finance, and risk stakeholders
• Proven track record of delivering revenue-generating or monetization-focused financial products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform product decisions and prioritization
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority
• Ability to operate in complex systems while balancing speed, reliability, and regulatory compliance
• Passion for building financial tools that enable businesses and communities to operate more efficiently
