Accountabilities:

• Lead and oversee the delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing technology and AI products across multiple strategic initiatives.
• Translate business objectives into well-defined epics, user stories, technical requirements, and delivery roadmaps that support efficient engineering execution.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, data, and infrastructure teams to ensure solutions meet performance, compliance, scalability, and operational standards.
• Drive backlog prioritization, technical sequencing, and delivery planning to balance feature development, platform health, and technical debt reduction.
• Act as a hands-on technical product leader, contributing directly to prototyping, troubleshooting, performance optimization, observability, automation, and CI/CD improvements when necessary.
• Promote and institutionalize AI-native engineering practices, including AI-assisted discovery, coding, testing, and operational workflows.
• Monitor delivery metrics such as cycle time, throughput, flow efficiency, and operational KPIs to improve product velocity and engineering performance.
• Lead technical discovery and product design sessions, translating complex operational and business requirements into scalable platform capabilities.
• Align cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple product areas, ensuring dependencies, trade-offs, and delivery risks are proactively managed.
• Foster a collaborative and customer-focused culture centered on innovation, experimentation, transparency, and continuous improvement.
• Support modern product management methodologies emphasizing customer-centric design, rapid iteration, and data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Product Development, Business, or a related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience spanning product management, software engineering, technical delivery, and large-scale technology initiatives.
• Proven experience leading highly technical product and engineering programs involving cloud infrastructure, APIs, microservices, automation, and data platforms.
• Strong background working across the complete product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, delivery, production support, and hands-on troubleshooting.
• Experience collaborating with executive leadership and influencing strategic technology investment decisions.
• Previous leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional initiatives in matrixed or enterprise environments.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI and automation capabilities into production technology solutions, including AI-assisted development workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive execution in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills with the ability to align technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of modern DevOps practices, CI/CD optimization, observability, and scalable product delivery models.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, high-energy, and ownership-driven approach to leadership and innovation.
• Experience within insurance, BPO, or related industries is considered a plus.
