Salesforce Tech Lead

The position involves deep work across integrations, platform optimization, and CI/CD-driven delivery in an agile environment. You will also play a key role in mentoring engineers and shaping best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and delivery of end-to-end Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flow automation.
• Define scalable Salesforce architectures aligned with best practices, including security models, governor limits, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design technical solutions, and manage deployment through CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, conduct code reviews, and promote engineering excellence across the team.
• Manage data migration strategies and troubleshoot complex platform issues to ensure system stability and performance.
• Oversee Agile delivery processes, participating in sprint planning, Scrum ceremonies, and cross-functional coordination.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and documentation standards including GDPR and OWASP guidelines.
• Stay updated with Salesforce ecosystem innovations and recommend improvements across CPQ, Einstein, and platform capabilities.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience with at least 5+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC/Aura, SOQL/SOSL, triggers, and Salesforce DX.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer II, CTA, or other Architect-level credentials preferred.
• Proven experience designing scalable Salesforce architectures and enterprise-grade solutions.
• Strong experience with system integrations using APIs, Named Credentials, and external services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Git-based pipelines.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading development teams in Agile environments.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with strong attention to performance, scalability, and security.
• Exposure to Salesforce Industries, Financial Services Cloud, or Vlocity is an advantage.
• Knowledge of modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, or Node.js is a plus.
