This role offers the opportunity to shape and elevate digital products used by some of the world’s most recognizable organizations through evidence-driven, user-centered design. You will lead the creation of intuitive, engaging, and scalable product experiences across complex digital ecosystems. Working within cross-functional product teams, you will influence both strategic direction and hands-on execution, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user insights and business impact. Accountabilities

In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of user-centered digital products, ensuring high-quality experiences that are consistent, intuitive, and aligned with both user needs and business goals. You will contribute across the full product lifecycle, from discovery and concepting to validation and implementation.

    • Lead the design of innovative digital products and features across end-to-end user experiences
    • Produce key design artifacts including user journeys, wireframes, workflows, personas, scenarios, and interactive prototypes
    • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define requirements and shape product direction
    • Ensure design solutions align with established design systems, brand guidelines, and usability principles
    • Conduct and support usability testing and interpret research and analytics data to refine product experiences
    • Partner with UX researchers to validate concepts and optimize user flows across platforms
    • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and senior leadership with clarity and impact
    • Provide feedback and mentorship to other product designers to maintain high-quality output
    • Facilitate design workshops with cross-functional teams to explore opportunities and solve complex challenges
    • Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and consistent implementation of design solutions
    • Identify opportunities to improve existing products based on performance data and user feedback
    • Contribute to building cohesive experiences across multiple products and platforms

    Requirements

    This role requires extensive experience in product design, strong user-centered design expertise, and the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

      • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent professional experience
      • 7+ years of experience in product design or UX/UI design roles
      • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving using data-driven insights
      • Experience designing and launching digital products across mobile and web platforms
      • Strong proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
      • Deep understanding of user-centered design and design thinking methodologies
      • Ability to create clear, intuitive, and scalable design solutions for complex systems
      • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
      • Experience collaborating with product managers, engineers, and UX researchers in agile environments
      • Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to team-based initiatives
      • Experience conducting or applying usability testing and user research insights
      • Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles
      • Preferred: experience working with Salesforce-based ecosystems or enterprise platforms

      Benefits
