This is a unique opportunity for a highly technical and community-driven professional to help shape the future of AI-native software engineering workflows. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of developer productivity, AI enablement, and technical evangelism, helping engineering teams adopt modern AI-assisted development practices at scale. You’ll create impactful technical content, build demos and reusable workflows, and engage directly with developer communities through workshops, webinars, and online platforms. Working closely with engineering, platform, and developer experience teams, you’ll drive adoption of cutting-edge tools and workflows that improve software delivery and collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who combines deep engineering expertise with strong storytelling skills and a passion for helping developers succeed. You’ll have the opportunity to influence how modern engineering organizations leverage AI-powered tooling and autonomous development practices in real-world environments.

Accountabilities:

    • Drive adoption of AI-native engineering workflows, including coding assistants, autonomous agents, AI-assisted testing, automated code reviews, and prompt-driven development practices.
    • Create high-impact technical content such as blogs, tutorials, architecture guides, videos, workshops, demos, implementation playbooks, and developer education materials.
    • Build reusable demo repositories, workflow examples, and implementation patterns using AI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices.
    • Engage and grow developer communities through technical storytelling, webinars, hackathons, workshops, online discussions, and community-driven initiatives.
    • Partner closely with Engineering, Platform, AI Enablement, and Developer Experience teams to improve developer productivity and tooling adoption.
    • Educate engineering teams on emerging AI-native paradigms, including agent orchestration, verification-first workflows, and autonomous software delivery methods.
    • Identify developer pain points and advocate for scalable improvements that enhance engineering efficiency and workflow transformation.
    • Measure and optimize adoption through developer feedback, workflow analytics, enablement metrics, and content engagement insights.

    Requirements:

      • Proven experience in Developer Relations, Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, Solutions Engineering, AI Enablement, or a related technical field.
      • Strong software engineering background with hands-on expertise in TypeScript, Python, and modern development workflows.
      • Experience using AI-native engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, Claude Code, MCP servers, or autonomous developer agents in production or enterprise environments.
      • Deep understanding of AI-assisted software development practices, including prompt-driven development, AI-powered testing, automated reviews, and developer productivity optimization.
      • Strong communication and technical storytelling abilities with experience producing educational content, tutorials, demos, videos, workshops, or technical documentation.
      • Experience engaging with developer communities through events, online platforms, open-source ecosystems, webinars, or hackathons.
      • Strong collaboration, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a builder mindset and passion for experimentation.
      • Familiarity with cloud-native technologies, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, observability, or developer infrastructure platforms is a plus.
      • Experience contributing to open-source projects, developer tooling ecosystems, or technical education initiatives is highly valued.
      • Knowledge of developer productivity frameworks such as DORA or SPACE is considered an advantage.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive salary ranging from $170,000 to $200,000 based on location and experience.
        • Unlimited paid time off for improved work-life balance and flexibility.
        • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage.
        • Employee equity opportunities.
        • Access to wellness programs, virtual wellness classes, and pet insurance.
        • Employee discounts and additional lifestyle perks.
        • Opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies and modern developer tooling.
        • Collaborative and inclusive work environment focused on innovation, growth, and continuous learning.
