AI/ML Developer

This role sits at the forefront of Generative AI development, focusing on building intelligent, scalable applications powered by modern LLM ecosystems.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of AI agents, orchestration workflows, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions in cloud environments.
The position involves hands-on development using AWS services, including Amazon Bedrock, and integration with advanced frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph.
You will work on building conversational systems, intelligent assistants, and document understanding pipelines that directly impact business processes.
The environment is highly collaborative, data-driven, and innovation-oriented, with strong exposure to distributed architectures and AI-native platforms.
You will also contribute to the evolution of AI architecture, ensuring observability, testing, and scalability of production-grade solutions.

Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and implement Generative AI solutions using AWS services, especially Amazon Bedrock.
• Build and evolve intelligent agents using frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph, including orchestration of multi-agent workflows.
• Develop RAG-based solutions for enhanced contextual retrieval and intelligent information processing.
• Create AI-powered applications such as chatbots, virtual assistants, classification systems, and document intelligence solutions.
• Model and implement graph-based data structures using tools like Neo4j and Cypher when applicable.
• Integrate systems and AI agents using APIs and protocols such as MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Ensure observability, monitoring, testing, and reliability of AI applications in production environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, cloud-based AI architectures.

Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or related postgraduate qualification (minimum 360 hours recognized).
• At least 4 years of professional experience in technology, with focus on AI/ML or software development.
• Hands-on experience developing Generative AI solutions and integrating LLM-based systems.
• Strong knowledge of AWS, especially Amazon Bedrock.
• Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks.
• Experience building AI agents, chatbots, virtual assistants, and RAG-based solutions.
• Solid understanding of APIs, system integrations, and version control using Git.
• Knowledge of testing practices, observability, monitoring, and data modeling.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Nice to have: Neo4j and Cypher, MCP, GraphRAG, Kiro or AI-assisted development tools, and distributed cloud architectures.
