Job Description
Support the Operations Behind Global Digital Products
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service organization and support workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI capabilities, our global product organization is transforming how enterprise operations work at scale.
We are looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and high-potential interns who are passionate about Project Operations, coordination, and execution excellence. This is not a passive admin internship — you will work directly with global product leaders and gain hands-on exposure to leadership operations, stakeholder coordination, and project execution in an international environment.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
- Project & Operation Support
- Support meeting scheduling, agenda preparation, and operational coordination activities
- Attend meetings, capture meeting minutes, action items, and follow up until closure
- Maintain trackers for actions, milestones, risks, and key deliverables
- Prepare concise weekly updates and operational reports
- Stakeholder Coordination
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Operations, and Business teams
- Help ensure clear ownership, timelines, and communication across teams
- Support workshops, training sessions, and engagement activities
- Operational Excellence
- Create and improve templates, trackers, and documentation standards
- Support process improvements to make operations more structured and efficient
- Learn how global product organizations manage execution, planning, and delivery cadence
Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3rd or 4th-year student in Engineering, IT, Business, Economics, Foreign Trade, or related fields
- University recommendation/introduction letter for internship is mandatory
- Good English communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through mindset
- Proactive, responsible, and eager-to-learn attitude
- Good Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to Have
- Exposure to project management, Agile, or software/product environments
- Experience organizing university events, club activities, or team projects
- Basic knowledge of reporting/dashboard tools such as Excel or Power BI
