Job Description
Build the Future of Intelligent Workflows
Join Bosch Vietnam’s Global Product & Service team to help build next-generation workflow platforms used by 500,000+ users worldwide. Built on modern Low-Code / No-Code technologies and evolving with AI and GenAI capabilities, our platform powers critical enterprise business processes at global scale.
We are looking for proactive and high-potential interns passionate about Product Development, Business Analysis, and innovation. This is not a passive internship — you will gain hands-on experience in real product environments and collaborate with global teams.
What You Will Do (Learning by Doing)
- Support requirement gathering, analysis, and product documentation
- Translate business needs into user stories and backlog items
- Support workflow analysis, UAT, and Agile delivery activities
- Explore user behaviors and product usage data to identify improvement opportunities
- Participate in product discovery, design thinking, and innovation workshops
- Collaborate with Product Managers, developers, and global stakeholders
- Contribute ideas for workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities
Qualifications
Must-Have
- Final-year or senior student in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems, or related fields
- University recommendation letter for a 6-month internship is mandatory
- Good English communication skills
- Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and requirement analysis
- Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and learning mindset
- Proactive, responsible, and teamwork-oriented
Nice to Have
- Exposure to Agile / Scrum
- Interest in Product Management, Business Analysis, AI, or workflow automation
- Experience in IT/product-related university projects or activities
