You will play a key role in ensuring the stability, security, and performance of enterprise analytics environments based on Power BI and related Microsoft data platforms. This position is highly technical and focuses on the administration, governance, and lifecycle management of BI infrastructure used across business-critical reporting and decision-making processes. You will work in a global, complex IT ecosystem, supporting users and ensuring seamless access to data and dashboards. The role involves close interaction with infrastructure, security, and analytics teams to maintain a robust and scalable BI environment. You will also contribute to troubleshooting, system optimization, and governance practices. Accountabilities:

• Administer, maintain, and monitor Power BI Server environments, ensuring system stability, performance, and integrity.
• Apply patches, updates, and system improvements while ensuring minimal disruption to services.
• Manage and maintain certificates, including renewal and configuration to ensure secure system operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve connectivity issues related to data sources, gateways, and user access across platforms.
• Manage access control using directory services and governance tools, ensuring secure and scalable identity management.
• Support the Power BI Desktop lifecycle, including packaging, version alignment, and distribution management.
• Administer SSRS environments, including report deployment, security configuration, subscriptions, and performance troubleshooting.
• Monitor system health and proactively identify risks or performance bottlenecks in BI infrastructure.
• Support governance, compliance, and best practices for enterprise BI environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to ensure alignment between infrastructure, security, and analytics needs.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in administration and maintenance of Power BI Server environments.
• Strong knowledge of system patching, monitoring, and overall platform health management.
• Experience with certificate administration and renewal processes in enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity issues involving data sources, gateways, and user access.
• Experience with identity and access management using directory services and governance tools.
• Knowledge of Power BI Desktop lifecycle management, including packaging and version control.
• Hands-on experience with SSRS administration, including report deployment, security, subscriptions, and performance tuning.
• Bachelor’s degree completed in a related field.
• Advanced English level, with ability to communicate fluently in professional conversations (mandatory).
• Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in complex, global, and collaborative IT environments.
