This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a LMS Configuration Specialist in India.
This role focuses on designing and implementing scalable learning solutions within a complex Workday Learning environment. You will support a global enterprise initiative aimed at transforming manually managed learning paths into streamlined, role-based learning experiences. Working in a highly collaborative consulting setup, you will translate business and L&D requirements into structured LMS configurations that improve learner autonomy and operational efficiency. The role is hands-on and architecture-driven, involving deep configuration work rather than routine LMS administration. You will contribute to a short-term, high-impact engagement that combines system optimization, stakeholder collaboration, and solution design. This position is fully remote and aligned with both IST and US Eastern working hours, offering exposure to global enterprise learning transformation.
Accountabilities:
- Audit and analyze existing Workday Learning configurations, learning paths, and assignment structures to identify optimization opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate role-based learning requirements into scalable LMS design solutions.
- Configure Workday Learning features including campaigns, audience segmentation, assignment rules, and conditional logic.
- Design and implement learning routing structures that enable automated, role-driven learning experiences.
- Support integration and validation of SCORM/AICC content within the Workday Learning environment.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance to ensure system readiness before deployment.
- Document configuration processes and support structured client handover activities.
- Coordinate with internal Workday, L&D, and technical teams throughout the engagement lifecycle.
- Strong hands-on experience with Workday Learning configuration and LMS architecture design.
- Proven ability to design role-based, automated, or segmented learning assignment frameworks.
- Solid understanding of Workday Learning campaigns, business process configuration, and assignment logic.
- Experience integrating SCORM/AICC e-learning content into Workday Learning systems.
- Ability to translate learning and development requirements into scalable technical LMS solutions.
- Strong consulting mindset with excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a time-and-materials (T&M) consulting environment.
- Fully remote contract role based in India with flexible working arrangements.
- Short-term engagement (approximately 2 months) with meaningful enterprise impact.
- Opportunity to contribute to a large-scale Workday Learning transformation initiative.
- Exposure to global stakeholders and complex enterprise learning ecosystems.
- High-impact, architecture-focused LMS project work.
- Competitive contract-based compensation (details shared during the selection process).
