This role is focused on bringing strong visual creativity into the world of performance marketing, combining aesthetic excellence with a results-driven mindset. You will be responsible for creating high-impact digital assets that support paid media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring that every creative not only looks strong but also performs effectively. Working closely with marketing and media teams, you will translate strategic objectives into compelling visual narratives. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and highly oriented toward experimentation and optimization. You will also contribute to motion design elements and adapt assets across different formats and channels. Accountabilities
In this role, you will develop and execute visual solutions for digital performance campaigns, ensuring alignment between creative direction and marketing strategy. You will collaborate closely with media and marketing teams to produce assets optimized for conversion and engagement while maintaining brand consistency across all outputs. You will also adapt creative materials across multiple formats and platforms, ensuring scalability and visual coherence in different campaign contexts. In addition, you will contribute to simple motion design pieces and continuously explore new visual trends to improve creative performance.
- Create visual assets for performance campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic media, social ads, and display channels
- Develop simple and functional motion graphics adapted to digital formats
- Collaborate with marketing and media teams to optimize creatives for conversion and engagement
- Ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand positioning across all deliverables
- Adapt creative pieces for multiple formats, channels, and audiences
- Monitor design trends and propose innovative creative solutions for digital performance
- Proven experience as a Digital Designer or Art Director focused on digital and performance campaigns
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects (or equivalent tools)
- Experience creating assets for paid media, social media, and digital advertising campaigns
- Basic to intermediate motion design skills for simple and effective animations
- Ability to interpret briefs and translate strategy into visual solutions
- Updated portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, performance creatives, and motion work
- Strong collaboration, communication, and adaptability in fast-paced environments

Requirements
