Job Purpose:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Account Management team in Shanghai, overseeing the financial, fiscal, and administrative compliance of approximately 200 foreign-invested entities. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality, compliant, and innovative corporate services, acting as the main point of contact for clients and coordinating internal resources for all key service areas.

• Company Incorporation & Licenses Applications.

• Accounting Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting and Taxation Services.

• HR & Payroll Solutions.

• Overall Compliance & Regulatory Filings.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the team to provide corporate services: company incorporation, licensing, accounting, tax, payroll, HR, and regulatory filings for foreign and multinational clients.
  • Oversee compliance status, budget, and financial health of clients’ Chinese subsidiaries, ensuring all services meet both local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Advise clients on accounting, tax, legal, HR, and compliance matters, proactively identifying risks and opportunities.
  • promoting the use of digital and automation, and data analytics tools to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Act as a bridge between clients, internal service teams, and international headquarters, ensuring smooth project delivery and high client satisfaction.
  • Maintain frequent and effective communication with clients through meetings, calls, and written correspondence, responding promptly to inquiries and new requests.
  • Develop business with existing clients by identifying additional service needs and expanding the scope of engagement.
  • Manage, coach, and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Law, or related fields; CPA/ACCA or similar international qualifications preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in professional advisory or corporate services, with a proven track record in client-facing roles and managing service delivery for foreign-invested entities.
  • Strong knowledge of Chinese and international accounting, tax, and compliance regulations; ability to interpret financial statements and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Italian, English and Spanish. Mandarin is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, customer-centric mindset, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex requests under tight deadlines, with a proactive and well-mannered approach.
  • Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, CRM systems, and basic cybersecurity principles.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management experience, with a passion for talent development and continuous improvement.
