Job Summary

  • Drives corporate business growth by managing the full sales cycle (lead generation to after-salesservice).
  • Requires experience in handling corporate accounts, crafting tailored IT solutions, and buildinglong-term client relationships.
  • Provides strategic input on sales approaches, ensures customer satisfaction, and helps achieverevenue targets.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT or related field.

Minimum 3 years in B2B/corporate sales (preferably IT solutions).

Strong understanding of corporate sales processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Organized, analytical, and results-driven.

Willing to travel or conduct client visits.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Identify and qualify prospective corporate clients via telemarketing, research,networking, and fieldwork.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Analyze target markets to discover new business opportunities.

Strategic Sales Execution

  • Evaluate accounts based on potential and purchasing patterns.
  • Recommend effective sales strategies.
  • Conduct product presentations and demos.
  • Prepare client-specific proposals and quotations.

Account Management & Client Servicing

  • Manage end-to-end client interactions (contact to closing).
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups for feedback and cross-selling.
  • Track consumable usage and suggest inventory solutions.
  • Resolve client issues promptly.

Business Reporting & Collaboration

  • Monitor sales performance vs. targets and report to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams.
  • Contribute to process improvement through client insights.
