Job Description

Responsible to define customer project requirement engineering (RE) strategy for ADAS products, incl.

- Elicit and manage internal and external stakeholder requirements:

- Set up and maintain DOORS projects

- Provide the traceability between different requirements modules and make linkset

- Create/maintain requirements baselines according to the document plan

Create requirement analysis plan mapped with project release schedule

Monitor Stakeholder, System and SW requirement status to ensure that defined development target is followed.

Coordinate with globle Platform team to ensure platform requirements can be reused for customer projects

Research how to monitor and improve requirement analysis quality which is derived from requested SW Quality.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor/Master degree.
2. Basic knowledge of requirement management tools (e.g. Doors, Codebeamer, Docs as Code etc)
3. Better have knowhow of V-Model and ASPICE
