Account Executive

The Account Executive will be expected to identify customer needs, deliver consultative value propositions, negotiate and close deals—contributing directly to the company's revenue goals and building long-term relationships with key clients.
The main responsibilities you will have are:
- Identify and prospect new potential clients in key industries through cold calls, events, LinkedIn, trade shows, and networking.
- Lead product presentations, deliver tailored demos, manage commercial proposals, and adapt pitches to each client’s specific needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing the opportunity.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Keep CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) up to date with accurate sales activity and pipeline data.
- Meet and exceed commercial KPIs, including MQL generation, closed deals, and monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Act as the voice of the customer by collecting and sharing feedback to help improve our solutions and go-to-market strategy.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or similar role in tech or SaaS companies.
- Proven track record in consultative sales and familiarity with methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Challenger, or Solution Selling.
- Strong results-driven mindset, proactive attitude, and high commercial initiative.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and build trust.
- Experience using tools such as CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.
- Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese (B2/C1 level).
