This role offers the opportunity to lead high-impact supply chain modernization and resilience initiatives supporting critical federal and defense missions. You will work at the intersection of supply chain analytics, risk management, and emerging technologies, helping transform legacy systems into more agile, data-driven, and AI-enabled ecosystems. In this position, you will collaborate closely with government stakeholders to diagnose performance challenges, identify systemic inefficiencies, and design strategic improvement roadmaps. The environment is highly analytical, mission-driven, and focused on strengthening operational readiness and supply chain continuity. You will also contribute to Supply Chain Risk Management frameworks, evaluate advanced planning methodologies, and support digital transformation efforts across complex logistics networks. Accountabilities:

    • Lead end-to-end evaluations of supply chain management and supply chain risk methodologies to identify root causes of performance issues such as delays, shortages, and readiness constraints
    • Conduct gap analyses of legacy systems to assess compatibility with AI-enabled capabilities including predictive analytics, risk modeling, and real-time monitoring tools
    • Analyze and improve supply chain planning accuracy, aligning forecasting models with real-world consumption patterns
    • Identify inefficiencies in legacy infrastructure, including data silos and integration gaps, and develop prioritized modernization roadmaps
    • Provide analytical support for Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM), including supplier risk assessments and vulnerability analyses
    • Develop and refine SCRM frameworks integrated into acquisition, procurement, R&D, and sustainment processes
    • Collaborate with Department of Defense and Intelligence Community stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective execution of initiatives
    • Deliver actionable recommendations to improve supply chain resilience, reduce disruptions, and enhance mission readiness
    • Coordinate with federal SCRM programs and support alignment with evolving policy and operational frameworks

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Research, or a related field
      • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or process improvement in industry or federal/government environments
      • Strong experience conducting root cause analysis, gap assessments, and process optimization in complex supply chain systems
      • Knowledge of forecasting methods, demand/supply planning, and inventory management principles
      • Experience working with Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, or other federal agencies is highly preferred
      • Familiarity with ERP systems and AI/ML-enabled supply chain technologies is strongly preferred
      • Active Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI
      • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills with ability to influence cross-functional teams
      • Ability to work in complex, mission-driven environments with occasional travel (up to 20%)
