We expect our Sales Development Representatives to reach out to potential clients in writing and on the phone, so you should be extremely confident in your ability to communicate with C-Suite executives. In this role, you will hear “no” often – confidence, resilience, and grit are the keys to success.
- This is an in-office role based in Boise, Idaho*
- A motivated, results-oriented team player who can successfully collaborate with multiple personality types and communicate with all levels of the organization cross-functionally.
- A self-starter who can think critically, multitask, and keep up in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to convey compelling messages and transform complex concepts into clear communications.
- Be focused and ready to deliver on keyword strategy, analytics, and data to achieve budgets and win over stakeholders.
- 3+ years of sales, account executive, or lead generation experience required
- Familiar with Apollo, Outreach, Salesforce, or other CRM tools
- You love Sales Navigator and are an expert on LinkedIn
- Exceptional cold calling skills with the ability to book meetings

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (preferred)
- Sales Experience
