This is a highly visible position ideal for someone with a strong foundation in finance, contracts, and service delivery operations who is eager to work cross-functionally and globally.
This person can expect to work on-site in Tyson's Corner 4 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commercial Operations Leadership: Own pricing oversight and deal desk process to ensure alignment with margin targets, delivery capacity, and contractual risk thresholds. Serve as internal consultant to sales and account teams on deal structures and pricing models.
- Contract Strategy & Governance: Review NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, and PSAs to manage risk, maintain compliance, and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Financial & Revenue Operations: Partner with Finance on proactive collection efforts and manage escalation process to protect revenue, billing accuracy, collections, and forecasting. Track KPIs related to financial and operational health across accounts and regions.
- Legal Coordination & Compliance: Act as the primary liaison with General Counsel to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Support risk mitigation and drive timely resolution of legal issues impacting operations.
- Client Success & Strategic Account Engagement: Support key account planning and QBRs alongside delivery leads and client partners. Lead high-touch client engagement initiatives including strategic gifting and executive check-ins.
- LATAM Operations Alignment: Partner with regional leaders to ensure business process alignment, workforce readiness, and operational consistency. Support workforce planning and execution strategy across international teams.
- Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a strategic advisor to HR, Delivery, and Finance teams to ensure internal operations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business priorities.
- 10+ years of experience in business operations, commercial operations, or strategic finance roles in technology services organizations
- Deep understanding of pricing strategy and contract management for professional services organizations
- Proven success working closely with sales, finance, legal, and delivery teams
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of building scalable processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Experience in or exposure to LATAM markets; Spanish proficiency is a strong plus
- Proficiency with business productivity tools including Microsoft Office, contract platforms, and AI-based assistants
