Staff Software Engineer, Data (AI)

We're looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Data, to join our team and build a next-generation intelligent data platform for private markets. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of software engineering experience, strong hands-on experience with data pipeline or data warehouse engineering, and fluency with AI-assisted and agentic development workflows.

Requirements

• Own the design and hands-on delivery of core pipeline components that make the platform work
• Write production code every day, make consequential architectural decisions, and help establish technical standards and practices
• Partner with a small seed team to define the end-to-end architecture for an AI-native data warehouse
• Drive technical architecture, build AI evaluation infrastructure, ship with AI-native development practices, and establish technical standards
• Take technical ownership from architecture through deployment, with accountability for reliability, performance, and correctness
