Explore your future career 🔭 Join our Global SDR team within the Acquisition department to fuel our expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in launching the sales cycle. Your mission is to generate and qualify high-quality leads through structured outbound prospecting and to provide a reactive response to inbound inquiries to ensure a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team.

Explore your future career 🔭 Join our Global SDR team within the Acquisition department to fuel our expansion across Europe. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a critical role in launching the sales cycle. Your mission is to generate and qualify high-quality leads through structured outbound prospecting and to provide a reactive response to inbound inquiries to ensure a robust pipeline for our Account Executive team.
Key responsibilities ✨
- Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Inbound Reactivity: Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events).
- Structured Qualification: Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
- Value Pitching & Objection Handling: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt's unique ROI, and handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
- CRM Hygiene: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
- Seamless Handover: Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.
About you 🧑🚀
- Educational Background: You possess a high-level education ideally in business, communications, or a related field.
- Sales Experience: You bring 1+ year of experience in a high-activity sales or prospecting role.
- Tech Savviness: You have experience with CRM tools (ideally Salesforce) and multi-channel outreach platforms.
- Sales Mindset: You demonstrate strong resilience, curiosity, and the ability to articulate value in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: You have full proficiency in English and speak German on a native level.

- Interview with your future manager, Celine, Director SDR Global, to delve into your experience and the specifics of the role. (45-60 minutes)
- Home assignment for you to complete, which will be evaluated by Céline and an Account Executive in order to assess your technical skills.
- Final interview with our Head of Account Executive team to discuss Malt’s long-term vision.
