Position Overview
AMroute is seeking a well-connected MSP Relationship Manager with established relationships across the Managed Service Provider (MSP) ecosystem, particularly within IT and professional services. You will serve as a strategic partner to our MSP clients, leveraging your network and industry expertise to drive engagement, strengthen partnerships, and uncover organic growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of MSP partnerships within IT and professional services
- Leverage existing industry relationships to accelerate trust and engagement
- Build strong executive-level connections across partner organizations
- Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with partner growth objectives
- Conduct regular business reviews focused on performance and long-term success
- Identify and drive organic growth opportunities through consultative discussions
- Act as the primary liaison between AMroute and MSP partners
- Collaborate internally to ensure exceptional service delivery and partner satisfaction
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
- 5+ years of experience in MSP, IT services, or professional services environments
- Strong, existing relationships within the MSP community (highly preferred)
- Proven ability to build and grow long-term, trust-based partnerships
- Experience managing recurring revenue accounts and driving account expansion
- Strong consultative, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable engaging and influencing executive stakeholders
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and career-driven
