This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a fast-paced consulting and engineering environment. You will act as a key liaison between stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and designers, ensuring business needs are accurately translated into clear, actionable technical requirements. The position involves working extensively within ServiceNow-driven workflows, helping shape solutions that improve enterprise operations and service delivery. You will contribute to defining user stories, process flows, and functional specifications that guide end-to-end development. The environment is highly collaborative, Agile-driven, and globally distributed, requiring strong communication and coordination skills. This is a high-impact role where clarity, structure, and analytical thinking directly influence project success and delivery quality.
Accountabilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, ensuring accurate capture and documentation of business and technical needs.
- Translate complex business processes into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional/non-functional specifications.
- Work closely with developers, QA teams, designers, and product stakeholders to align requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
- Document process flows, data logic, and system behaviors using approved tools and methodologies.
- Support testing activities, including validation, verification, and operational acceptance testing when required.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure traceability across the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and discussions to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Ensure high-quality documentation and clear communication across all project stakeholders.
- Coordinate multiple priorities and manage communication across different teams and channels in an Agile environment.
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 8+ years as a Technical or Techno-Functional Business Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow in enterprise environments.
- Solid background working in Agile delivery frameworks and fast-paced, changing environments.
- Proven ability to create detailed functional and non-functional requirements documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to simplify and structure complex business needs.
- Good understanding of end-to-end software development lifecycle (SDLC) and cross-functional systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders in English.
- High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
- Nice to have: experience in the telecommunications domain.
