In this role, you will lead the technical evolution of platforms that support digital offers, services, APIs, and integrations across complex telecom ecosystems. You will work hands-on with modern architectures, distributed systems, and Salesforce-based integrations while mentoring engineering squads and influencing strategic technical decisions. The position combines software architecture, leadership, and innovation, offering exposure to highly scalable B2B and B2C platforms. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape reusable and resilient digital capabilities focused on performance, scalability, and time-to-market. Accountabilities:

• Lead the technical strategy and architectural evolution of telecom digital platforms, ensuring scalability, resilience, security, and performance.
• Guide engineering squads in the development of new digital products, APIs, integrations, and reusable platform capabilities.
• Drive architectural decisions involving microservices, event-driven systems, distributed architectures, and cloud-native solutions.
• Define and enforce technical standards, integration patterns, and engineering best practices across multiple teams.
• Coordinate integrations between Salesforce and external systems such as CRM, billing, OSS/BSS, provisioning platforms, and partner ecosystems.
• Conduct design reviews, architectural assessments, and code reviews to ensure technical excellence and long-term sustainability.
• Collaborate closely with business and product stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into clear and effective solutions.
• Support team growth through mentorship, technical guidance, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Contribute to operational excellence, including observability, deployment strategies, post-production support, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tech Lead, Principal Engineer, Software Architect, or similar leadership role in large-scale environments.
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
• Deep experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and messaging platforms such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Pulsar.
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra, or DynamoDB.
• Solid understanding of synchronous and asynchronous APIs, contract governance, observability, tracing, metrics, and structured logging.
• Experience working with mission-critical, high-volume systems, including deployment, support, and operational sustainability.
• Strong background in complex integrations involving external partners, legacy systems, and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and distributed domain-driven design (DDD).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Previous experience with CRM and billing integrations, especially Salesforce ecosystems, is considered a strong advantage.
