Accountabilities:

• Design and evolve AI-ready APIs, tools, and integration patterns enabling large language models and AI assistants to interact seamlessly with design capabilities.
• Define technical standards for tool descriptions, payload structures, intent-based interfaces, and agent-to-agent communication frameworks.
• Build and enhance evaluation systems that measure tool-use accuracy, reliability, and quality across AI platforms and production environments.
• Contribute to the development of intelligent orchestration layers and scalable agent architectures supporting complex AI-driven workflows.
• Develop observability and monitoring systems to track AI assistant interactions, identify failure patterns, and drive continuous system improvements.
• Collaborate across engineering, API, workflow, and AI integration teams to solve cross-functional technical challenges.
• Influence integration strategies with external AI ecosystem partners and contribute to long-term architectural decisions.
• Drive innovation by proactively identifying emerging opportunities and adapting systems to the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

Requirements:

• Proven experience shipping production-grade LLM-powered systems with measurable business or technical impact.
• Strong expertise in designing, evaluating, and optimizing AI integrations, agent systems, or machine learning infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience building evaluation pipelines, benchmarking frameworks, and performance metrics for AI systems at scale.
• Deep understanding of API design, tool orchestration, observability practices, and scalable distributed architectures.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with machine learning frameworks and AI development ecosystems.
• Experience working with TypeScript, Node.js, and cloud infrastructure environments such as AWS, Cloudflare Workers, or equivalent platforms.
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate external AI ecosystem developments into actionable technical direction.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills with experience influencing cross-functional and partner-facing initiatives.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while maintaining high technical standards and execution quality.
