Senior UI UX Designer

You will shape intuitive digital experiences that transform complex, unstructured data into clear, actionable insights for users. Working closely with product managers and engineers, you will influence product direction from discovery through delivery. You will be expected to combine strategic UX thinking with hands-on UI execution. The role also encourages the use of modern AI tools and prototyping methods to accelerate design validation and iteration. Accountabilities:

• Design end-to-end user experiences for web and mobile products, translating complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Build and iterate on interactive prototypes using AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude, Bolt) and standard design platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and refine solutions based on feedback.
• Create wireframes, user flows, storyboards, sitemaps, and high-fidelity UI designs that communicate product vision clearly.
• Develop and maintain UI components such as menus, navigation systems, widgets, and search interfaces.
• Conduct UX research (primary and secondary) to identify user needs, validate design decisions, and improve usability.
• Identify UX issues, including responsiveness and usability challenges, and propose effective design improvements.
• Present design concepts, prototypes, and iterations to stakeholders and incorporate feedback effectively.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile applications.
• Strong proficiency in Figma, wireframing tools, design systems, and Adobe Photoshop.
• Proven ability to translate business problems into clear design solutions and functional prototypes.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work and problem-solving ability.
• Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field from a reputed institution (preferred).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to present ideas to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience documenting and synthesizing user research and design insights.
• Strong self-motivation, adaptability, and willingness to work in ambiguous environments.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of design outcomes.
• Detail-oriented approach with a commitment to high-quality, user-centered design practices.
