Accountabilities:

• Lead the delivery of medium-complexity iOS initiatives from technical discovery through deployment, ensuring high-quality execution and alignment with product goals.
• Design, build, and optimize scalable mobile components and user experiences using modern iOS technologies and architectural best practices.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and engineering teams to create practical and impactful mobile solutions.
• Improve application performance, testing, observability, accessibility, and maintainability to support a seamless user experience.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing while promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Contribute to prioritization, planning, and technical decision-making by identifying risks, opportunities, and trade-offs across projects.
• Support operational activities including onboarding, hiring processes, documentation improvements, and engineering standards development.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of professional experience developing iOS applications.
• Strong proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and iOS architectural patterns.
• Proven experience optimizing mobile app performance and building responsive, high-quality applications.
• Comfortable working autonomously in lean, fast-moving, and fully remote environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex technical problems, and balance long-term scalability with practical delivery needs.
• Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to healthy engineering culture and best practices.
• Familiarity with cross-platform mobile applications, webview integrations, or interactive mobile experiences is considered a plus.
• Exposure to AI, machine learning tools, prompt engineering, or open-source technologies is highly valued.
• Passion for knowledge sharing, continuous learning, and creating impactful digital experiences.
