Accountabilities:

• Lead the development and delivery of medium-complexity iOS initiatives from discovery through deployment, ensuring quality, scalability, and user impact.
• Design and implement accessible, maintainable, and performant mobile features using Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS architectural patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, analytics, and engineering to define and deliver practical solutions aligned with user and business goals.
• Improve application performance, testing practices, observability, and debugging capabilities to support long-term product reliability.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, knowledge sharing, and collaborative problem-solving.
• Contribute to prioritization, technical planning, and continuous improvement of engineering standards and team processes.
• Support a transparent and inclusive engineering culture focused on feedback, ownership, and continuous learning.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, STEM, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience building and maintaining iOS applications in production environments.
• Strong proficiency with Swift, SwiftUI, UIKit, and modern iOS development best practices.
• Solid understanding of mobile application architecture, performance optimization, scalability, and testing methodologies.
• Experience working in autonomous, fast-paced, and distributed engineering environments.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, balancing trade-offs, and driving pragmatic engineering decisions.
• Experience with cross-platform applications, webview integrations, AI-related tools, or open-source projects is considered a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with content management systems, collaborative platforms, or knowledge-sharing products is a plus.
• Ability to work at least four hours overlapping with 14:00 UTC to 21:00 UTC.
