Product Manager, Prop Growth - Breakout

As a Product Manager, Prop Growth, you'll own the full trader lifecycle experience across Breakout Prop and Kraken Prop, driving growth and engagement roadmap, and leading product strategy for trader engagement and retention.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years in senior product management
• Track record of moving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics
• Experience designing and shipping onboarding flows, checkout experiences, and engagement loops that actually work
• Strong product instinct for what makes people come back
• Ability to write detailed, unambiguous product requirements
• Experience with mobile product development
• Comfortable with funnel analytics
• Experience running structured experiments and interpreting results
• Familiarity with lifecycle marketing tools (Braze or equivalent)
• Strong opinions on localization, internationalization, and building for global audiences
• Senior enough to own a domain with minimal direction
• Strong written communicator
• Experience working across design, engineering, and marketing in a fast-moving environment
• User empathy
• Crypto-native or deeply curious
