Join the team redefining how the world experiences design. As an AI Enablement Partner, you'll help transform how our People team operates through intelligent AI and automation. You'll design, build, and scale intelligent automation across the People technology ecosystem, eliminating repetitive work and accelerating decision-making.
Requirements
- Built and shipped production-ready automations using platforms like Workato, N8N, or similar
- Worked in HR Tech before or strong builders from adjacent domains with a People problem set
- Experience in AI builder space with LLM copilots, agents, or intelligent workflows
- Spent time in consulting or L&D capacity with experience in adoption, enablement, and training
- Strong data instincts and care about accuracy, structure, and downstream impact
