Job Summary
As a Regional Account Manager (RAM), you will represent the Shamrock brand by supporting customers across the hospital and retail pharmacy markets. You will serve as a primary point of contact for assigned accounts, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver timely, accurate labeling solutions.
No prior experience is required — we provide training for candidates who demonstrate strong communication skills, initiative, and a desire to learn.
What You’ll Do
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in person as needed
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Act as the first point of contact for customer questions and escalations
- Coordinate with production, graphics, and shipping teams
- Support Strategic Account Managers with quotes and follow-ups
- Reach out to customers to support reorders and new sales opportunities
- Analyze customer order history to anticipate needs
- Manage customer projects from start to finish
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales, customer service, or account management
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- College degree a plus, not required
- Customer service or sales experience helpful but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $60,000 – $80,000 base salary (based on experience)
