We are looking for an experienced hands-on Production Tech Lead to take ownership of the creative pipeline behind Metabrowser — the technology powering multiple interactive metasites across different engines. You will collaborate with our Unreal Engine Tech Lead (multiplayer/servers) to shape the technical leadership of the platform.

Build and ship metasite experiences end-to-end.

Lead production of metasite content (3D assets, environments, gameplay, VFX, audio integration).

Define and enforce content pipelines that scale across UE5, Unity, and Godot.

Prototype gameplay mechanics and features, bridging creative direction and technical feasibility.

Optimize runtime performance across devices (frame budgets, memory, materials, lighting).

Drive technical team alignment and mentoring across art, gameplay, and engineering to ship at quality.
REQUIREMENTS

Strong experience with Unreal Engine 5 (C++ / Blueprints) and Unity (C#).

Generalist background across 3D pipelines, materials/shaders, lighting, VFX, and gameplay.

Working knowledge of 3D and texturing tools (Blender, Substance Painter/Designer).

Solid understanding of content optimization for real-time applications.

Track record shipping projects from concept to release, with mentoring responsibilities.
NICE TO HAVE

Experience with Godot or WebGL/PlayCanvas.

Concept art or environment design background.

Background in VR/XR, simulation, digital twin, or R&D engineering.

Experience shipping live cross-engine or multi-platform products.
