We are seeking an experienced and driven LATAM Mobile Publishing Product Manager to lead the strategy and execution of product management and live operations for mobile games across the Latin America region. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and delivering impactful game updates, live events, monetization initiatives, and player engagement strategies tailored for LATAM markets.
You will work closely with producers, developers, artists, marketers, community teams, and data analysts to drive growth, optimize retention and revenue, and ensure publishing excellence throughout the game lifecycle. This role requires strong market knowledge of LATAM, strategic thinking, executional discipline, and cross-functional leadership in a fast-paced live service environment.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead and manage product roadmaps, publishing plans, live operations, and updates across multiple mobile game titles in LATAM.
- Define regional product strategies and translate them into actionable publishing and operational plans.
- Localize content, campaigns, and in-game events to fit LATAM player preferences and market trends.
- Oversee release schedules, ensuring timely delivery of updates, events, features, and regional campaigns.
- Coordinate builds, version control, store submissions, and multi-country release deployments.
- Set and monitor key KPIs (DAU, retention, ARPU, conversion, ROAS) to evaluate and optimize game performance.
- Analyze game data, market trends, and player behavior to improve monetization and engagement.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking across LATAM mobile games and identify market opportunities.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, art, QA, marketing, and community teams to ensure alignment.
- Review and validate live events, promotions, and in-game content to maintain quality and player impact.
- Work closely with payment, platform, and distribution partners across LATAM markets.

- 5+ years of experience in online or mobile gaming, publishing, or product management.
- Proven experience operating or publishing mobile games in LATAM markets (especially Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile, or Argentina).
- Strong understanding of Free-to-Play systems, monetization, and live operations optimization.
- Knowledge of LATAM player behavior, regional preferences, payment channels, and mobile market dynamics.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data tools and KPI-driven decision-making.
- Experience in UX flow design, feature specifications, and product documentation.
- Familiarity with app store operations, launch planning, and UA coordination.
- Experience in community management, social media engagement, and player retention programs.
- Knowledge of localization workflows (Spanish / Portuguese) and customer support operations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic, cross-regional environments.
- Up to date with gaming market trends, new technologies, and operational tools.
- Bonus: Experience with Clauda, Python, automation tools, ChatGPT API, or AI-assisted publishing workflows.
- Ability to work in-office in São Paulo
