Job Description

  • As project manager of Power Semiconductor for project-related communications, in cooperation with R&D, Manufacturing in Germany and our cooperation partner in China. Projects focus on serving SiC products in industrial applications and customers, e.g. solid state transformers, AI data centers, energy storage systems and eVTOLs.
  • Translate customers’ requirements (technical, commercial, and quality) into clear internal work packages.
  • Plan and control the project lifecycle from concept through manufacturing setup to Serial Production (SOP) and official product release in cooperation with the customers and internal departments.
  • Proactively manage customer expectations, handle escalations and risk mamangement, and drive initiatives to achieve and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Lead a cross-functional international project team, fostering collaboration between technical experts, supply chain, and quality assurance.
  • Represent the project and report in the review committee and to management.

Qualifications

  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager;
  • Specifically focusing on Power Electronics, Power Semiconductor or power modules.
  • Work experience as project manager in international scope (e.g. EU & CN);
  • Bachelor / Master’s degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Insightful knowledge of industrial system application (SST and AIDC), packaging technology, and the APQP/PPAP processes for electronic circuits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of comprehension and analytical strength, flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Customer and result orientated(oriented more formally)
  • Very good written & spoken English
  • High self-motivation for driving project forward.
  • Able to work independently in close connection with our China team and the global colleagues.
