Product Manager III - Business Banking

This role sits at the core of a fast-scaling fintech environment, where you will define and drive the evolution of a next-generation business banking platform used by financial institutions. You will shape product vision, strategy, and execution for complex banking capabilities while working across engineering, design, sales, and client success teams. The position requires a strong balance of technical fluency and strategic thinking, with direct involvement in API design, payments infrastructure, and platform architecture decisions. You will also play a key role in engaging clients, gathering insights, and translating real-world banking needs into scalable product solutions. In addition to product ownership, you will mentor junior product managers and help strengthen product practices across the organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, complexity, and fast-paced product environments.

Accountabilities:

In this role, you will own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for a complex business banking platform while ensuring strong alignment between technical delivery and customer needs.

• Define and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the business banking platform
• Translate business requirements and technical constraints into clear product specifications and actionable user stories
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, sales, and client success teams to deliver scalable and secure banking solutions
• Lead product discussions around payments infrastructure, including ACH, wire transfers, card networks, and real-time payments
• Ensure compliance, security, and access control requirements are embedded into product design from the outset
• Engage directly with clients to gather feedback, validate product direction, and support implementation planning
• Mentor and support junior product managers, contributing to overall product team maturity and execution quality

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings deep product management experience in fintech or financial services, combined with strong technical understanding and client-facing leadership skills.

• 8+ years of product management experience in financial services, fintech, or business banking environments
• Strong technical fluency with APIs, system integrations, and product architecture discussions
• Deep understanding of payment systems including ACH, wire, card networks, and real-time payment rails
• Experience with compliance, security frameworks, and enterprise access control design
• Proven ability to translate complex technical and business requirements into product direction
• Strong communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, sales, implementation, and client success teams
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
• Experience mentoring or guiding junior product managers is an asset
