💻 THE ROLE

We are looking for a #TechTalent to perform duties as a Kofax Developer for a national project.

🙂 YOUR DAY TO DAY

• Daily monitoring of the state of health of desktop publishing applications, GED, workflow (morning-check, application of recurring procedures for reprocessing rejections, relaunching suspended jobs, processing all alerts raised by the supervision of applications and servers etc)
• Validation of the proper functioning of the application ADOC during software and infrastructure upgrade operation
• Analysis and correction of production incidents
• Processing assistance requests from ADOC users
• Analysis and correction of production incidents
• Communication of the progress of the resolution of the anomalies to the declarant and to the IT support teams
• The relationship with our outsourcer OPS / ITG for incident reporting and change requests
• Evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the ADOC document processing workflow and INSIGHT activity reporting to meet business needs (analysis, estimate of loads, design and development, application verification and acceptance support)
• Design and development of changes to the ADOC documentary workflow
• Reporting and monitoring of product bugs with the KOFAX publisher
• Daily reporting for the businesses (stock present in the tool at the end of the day, stock depth, flow processed by the teams) with explanation of the differences
• Modelling of structured documents to improve the RAD / LAD rate
• Analysis of RAD / LAD statistics collected with the INSIGHT component and proposal for areas for improvement

💡 What We're Looking For

• KTA and INSIGHT (certification preferred)
• Strong experience with .NET Framework
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Proficiency in SQL scripting for database management and optimization
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Fluency in English and French
