Indexed description
About The Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of our platform. You'll own product outcomes end-to-end, from understanding customer needs and defining strategy through execution, launch, and measurement - partnering closely with engineering, design, and customers to deliver a product that transforms how organizations manage vulnerability exposure.
What You Will Do
- Own the full product lifecycle in a fast-paced startup, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration
- Build and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog, working hand-in-hand with R&D in agile sprints to ship features that move the needle
- Partner closely with R&D, design, and customers to translate customer pain points into product direction that drives revenue and adoption
- Serve as the domain expert at the intersection of product and cybersecurity, translating complex vulnerability management and network security challenges into clear, actionable specs for engineering
- Drive key product initiatives across exposure analysis, severity prioritization, remediation workflows, and attack path visualization, shaping how security teams consume and act on risk
- Analyze customer feedback, usage patterns, and market trends to identify gaps, validate opportunities, and make data-driven prioritization decisions with measurable outcomes.
Must have
- 3+ years of product management experience
- 5+ years of hands-on cybersecurity experience (e.g., Security Research, Penetration Testing, Red Teaming, or Technical Product Management in the cyber domain)
- Proven hands-on experience in network security or vulnerability management
- Experience managing a SaaS product end-to-end
- Experience with cyber enterprise software
- Strong English - written and verbal
- Proven ability to engage with customers and prospects daily, build strong relationships, and translate customer interactions into product insights.
- A top-tier Product Manager equally strong in inbound and outbound.
- A true partner to R&D - you thrive working side-by-side with engineers and designers, co-creating features, shaping technical direction, and building the product together rather than handing off requirements.
- Comfortable working in agile environments - building, grooming, and prioritizing the backlog alongside engineering.
- Excellent communicator and project driver who keeps cross-functional teams aligned.
- A natural leader who leads by example, takes ownership, and brings vision to the table.
- Passionate about making an impact, a fast learner, and genuinely great to work with
- great analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Real impact - your work directly helps security teams protect organizations
- Ownership culture - product managers own outcomes, not just requirements, from strategy through execution.
- Small, talented team - work closely with great people who move fast and care deeply
- Diverse and inclusive environment where people come first
