In this Tampa AE role, you will be working directly with Siemens Healthineers as a member of the Florida sales team where you will develop and close business opportunities to foster elevated levels of customer satisfaction in assigned accounts/sales areas.
Main Duties And Responsibilities
- Focus on identifying and nurturing Capital Imaging Equipment and Service Sales opportunities within the outpatient market, specifically catering to Independent Healthcare Providers, Specialized Care Units, and Standalone Centers.
- Collaborate closely with the Service Sales Executive, Account Executives, Leadership Team, Siemens Healthineers resources, and other key stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive coverage strategy for the territory, emphasizing the unique needs of these specialized providers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Independent Healthcare Providers, Specialized Care Units, and Standalone Centers, understanding their distinct requirements and ensuring they receive tailored attention.
- Regularly review the Siemens Healthineers / Centella client portfolio to identify upsell opportunities, products, and services.
- Stay updated with Siemens Healthineers' broader product solutions portfolio to effectively communicate the value proposition to these specialized clients.
- Regularly report on account health, growth opportunities, and any challenges faced in catering to Independent Healthcare Providers, Specialized Care Units, and Standalone Centers, ensuring consistent growth and customer satisfaction.
- Assist to prioritize sales pipeline, develop forecast, identify/verify viable multi-vendor ISM opportunities, and assess customer/business opportunities utilizing and entering data into CRM.
- Individuals must have demonstrated success at meeting and exceeding goals as well as excellent communication (interpersonal) and presentation skills.
- History of achievement navigating complex sales processes centered on collaboration with multiple team members such as marketing, operations, finance, legal, contracts, corporate accounts, and service.
- History of team selling success both in the hospital and at the outpatient (non-hospital) level preferred.
- Competencies necessary for this role include negotiating, cross-departmental selling, and being able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong computer skills required, including good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and various Databases.
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills.
- Meticulous and organized, with the proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results.
- A passion for healthcare and a desire to work within a team environment to accomplish company goals, including outstanding customer satisfaction, is required.
- A clean driving record over the last three years is required as well as a current valid driver’s license.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 100% for extended periods, including overnights, is required. Long-term ability and flexibility to relocate to Centella territory is required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required, with a major in business or the medical technology field.
- 5 years’ MINIMUM of strategic medical equipment sales experience is required.
- Demonstrated success in capital equipment sales.
- Individuals with specific Diagnostic Imaging Sales experience will be given preference.
- Spanish fluency is considered a plus.
