The Role
We are looking for a motivated and entrepreneurial Account Executive to join our growing sales team. The right candidate will be a lateral thinker who is energized by the prospect of joining a scrappy startup with incredible growth potential.
Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Prioritize and cultivate inbound and SDR-sourced leads
- Build your own pipeline across a book of assigned accounts
- Build strong relationships with key decision makers, understanding their pain points and developing tailored pitches
- Manage the full sales cycle from discovery meetings and product demos through to pricing and contracting
- Help refine our sales playbook so we are constantly enhancing our G2M motions
- Provide feedback to our marketing team on campaigns and messaging
- Deliver insights to our product team on new potential features based on prospect feedback
- Achieve and exceed revenue targets and other key sales metrics
- 2+ years of full cycle sales experience at a fast growing software company
- Proven track record of meeting and beating quotas
- Experience managing a ~60-day sales cycle from qualification to close
- Track record of selling $20K+ ACV SaaS or technology solutions
- Experience developing custom proposals that draw from a range of different pricing options (if you’re only comfortable selling off a very clearly defined rate card then this isn’t the right gig for you)
- Confidence to run sales processes with senior-level contacts, but also a humbleness and passion to constantly be learning and improving your craft
- An inquisitive and collaborative approach that will allow you to understand prospect pain points
- A scrappy, can-do attitude and a flexibility to adapt to the constant twists and turns that characterize startup life
- Knowledge of commercial real estate a major plus; interest in commercial real estate a must!
- A clear position on how AI can be used to optimize your work
- This is an office-based role in NYC (4 days in office)

The Pay Range For This Role Is
165,000 - 165,000 USD per year(New York, NY)
