About The Role

Are you an experienced Account Manager looking to take on a freelance role with a dynamic and innovative advertising agency? We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of campaigns and exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key point of contact for assigned client accounts, building positive relationships through proactive communication and a genuine understanding of their business needs.
  • Support the overall project management for your accounts, assisting in planning, coordinating, and delivering campaigns on time and within budget.
  • Contribute to the development of clear and concise creative briefs, leveraging your account knowledge and marketing insights to set the stage for impactful campaigns.
  • Develop a solid understanding of diverse marketing strategies and tactics, learning from experienced team members and contributing to effective solutions.
  • Assist in briefing creative teams, ensuring they are well-informed about client requirements and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, etc.) to support the development of integrated campaigns and innovative work that aligns with client business objectives.
  • Assist in gathering, sharing, and acting upon client feedback throughout the campaign development process, contributing to client satisfaction and the agency's success.
  • Support all aspects of campaign production, assisting in checking for quality, accuracy, and creative integrity, from initial concept to final execution.
  • Be a passionate advocate for the agency's creative output, inspiring both internal teams and clients with the power of our work.
  • Work closely with the Finance team on billing setup and invoicing, gaining experience in the financial management of accounts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an account management or client service role within an advertising, marketing or creative agency
  • Must be amenable to reporting to our Makati office 3 times a week.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in project management, with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet tight deadlines
  • Thorough understanding of the advertising, arts and media industry, including current trends and best practices
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field
