Accounts Executive- NRD team

Location: Client Site – Pune Station

Experience: 2–3 Years (Preferably in a CA Firm)

Job Summary

We are seeking a competent Accounts Executive to be stationed at our client location near Pune Station. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in core accounting functions, preferably with a CA firm, and hands-on exposure to payroll, statutory compliance, and investment accounting. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with senior management are a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee gratuity, superannuation, LIC, and employee welfare-related accounting.
• Handle employee loans and reimbursements.
• Maintain compliance and accurate records using Tally and MS Excel.
• Track and account for FDs, mutual funds, stocks, ESOP activities and other investments.
• Prepare MIS reports and support audit requirements.
• Serve as a liaison with client-side higher authorities for finance-related matters.

• B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter with 2–3 years of experience (preferably CA firm background).
• Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and investment-related accounting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, reliable, and able to work independently at a client site.

• Exposure to client-facing roles or deputation at client locations.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Problem-solving attitude and the ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion.
