Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key B2B accounts (corporate fleets, short- and long-term rental companies, large corporate customers)
- Define and execute tailor-made commercial strategies for each key account
- Achieve assigned sales, market share, and margin targets
- Negotiate commercial agreements, framework contracts, and pricing conditions
- Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, aftersales, finance, and operations to deliver integrated solutions
- Support customers throughout the full sales cycle: quotation, order, delivery, and aftersales
- Prepare regular performance reports, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in LCV B2B sales Skills
- Solid understanding of the LCV market and fleet dynamics
- Proven negotiation skills with complex and structured contracts
- Strong results-driven mindset
