We’re seeking an Account Manager to join our team and support our partners in maximizing the potential of the hardware solutions of a leading IT provider. You’ll collaborate with partners, engaging in outbound calls, meetings, and emails to enhance relationships, optimize solutions, and drive adoption across a diverse portfolio. You'll manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to ongoing support, ensuring that clients receive exceptional value and service.

You’ll be responsible for:
- Achieve revenue-based quotas by selling and renewing Full Hardware Solutions, including PCs and Desktops. Explore upsell opportunities when applicable.
- Operate within a dedicated territory, focusing on business partners that cater to companies with over 150 employees.
- Conduct outbound calls, hold meetings, and manage email communications to engage with your assigned portfolio.
- Manage the complete sales process from initial engagement through discovery, solution proposal, execution, and provide ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and management to optimize sales processes and systems for an enhanced customer experience.
- Maintain the customer management system (CRM) to ensure all relevant data is captured in a timely manner
- Work Hours: Initially onsite Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00, with the potential for a hybrid model (up to 2 days remote) based on performance.
- Fluent in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken.
- 2-3 years in a sales environment preferred, with a history of achieving individual or team sales quotas/goals.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers in a fast-paced environment, fostering positive relationships.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, with a track record of success.
