- Working cross-functionally to ensure the benefits to patients offered by Amgen products can be optimized.
- Promote Amgen’s products within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales target
- Collaborates with Associate Sales Manager & Sales Manager to develop and execute territory POA and key account plans. Achieve POA
- Deliver responsible product(s)’ key messages to target customers
- Execute Sales and Marketing activities / program and delivered the agreed results
- Evaluates progress timely with Associate Sales Manager and adjust the action plan if needed
- Identify, gather and analyse competitive information
- Follow through on customer commitments in a timely fashion to establish the customer relationship
- Reports promotion activities in the CRM system and ensures account profiles are kept up-to-date
- Demonstrates Amgen requires sales capabilities (e.g. Performance 4 selling skills & Advanced Strategic Account Management etc).
- Operates within the agreed sales expense budget aligned with POA priorities
- Seeks advice and assistance to organize activities
- Continuously enhance product knowledge, communication and selling skills through self-learning and active participation in agreed training programs. Drives personal development

- Promote Amgen’s products within the assigned territory to achieve or exceed the quarterly sales target.
- Minimum 1- year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a sales-related job. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Biopharmaceutical Representative
- Basic computer skills (e.g. MS Office)
- Fluency in Cantonese & English, both in oral and written communication
- Team player
- Bachelor’s degree in science or (bio) medical sciences are preferred
- CV or chronic disease TA experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Customer Relation Management principles
- Exposure to interactions with various disciplines and organizational levels
