This role is focused on building, expanding, and accelerating strategic partner relationships within key ecosystems to drive measurable revenue growth. You will act as both a relationship architect and a business driver, transforming early-stage partnerships into high-performing, revenue-generating alliances. Operating in a highly collaborative and performance-driven environment, you will engage with partners at multiple levels to align on shared objectives and execution plans. The position requires a strong balance of strategic thinking, sales execution, and ecosystem development expertise. You will be responsible for shaping partner success through pipeline growth, joint go-to-market initiatives, and consistent performance tracking. This is a high-impact role where your ability to influence, execute, and scale partnerships directly contributes to overall business expansion.
Accountabilities:
You will develop and execute strategic partner plans, manage pipeline performance, and drive partner engagement to accelerate revenue growth and ecosystem impact.
- Build and execute structured partner strategies to drive alignment, execution, and revenue growth across assigned alliances
- Manage partner pipelines, forecast performance, and ensure consistent visibility into opportunity progression
- Present value propositions and strategic messaging to stakeholders at all levels within partner organizations
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs), tracking performance, identifying gaps, and aligning on growth opportunities
- Support and contribute to partner marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, webinars, and co-marketing programs
- Maintain accurate partner data, including profiles, contacts, and activity tracking in CRM and related systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal sales, marketing, and leadership teams to optimize partner success
- 5–7+ years of experience in channel development, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably within SMB or SaaS ecosystems
- Proven ability to build, manage, and grow partner-driven revenue streams across complex organizations
- Strong sales foundation with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, workstreams, and competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic thinking, adaptability, and self-driven execution mindset
- Experience with ecosystems such as QuickBooks/Intuit is a plus
- Willingness and ability to travel or engage in partner-facing activities 50–60% of the time (in-person or virtual)
- Competitive base salary ranging from $157,700 to $305,400 depending on location and experience
