This is a high-impact leadership role designed for a seasoned sales professional who can act as a strategic partner to senior revenue leadership while driving operational excellence across a national sales organization. You will serve as a force multiplier for the Chief Revenue Officer, ensuring that day-to-day sales operations run smoothly while enabling focus on strategic growth initiatives and high-value deals. The role blends sales leadership, cross-functional coordination, and pipeline management, with direct responsibility for team performance, execution discipline, and revenue visibility. You will work closely with teams across product, marketing, finance, and operations to ensure alignment and effective go-to-market execution. This position requires strong commercial acumen, technical expertise in the industry, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment. It is ideal for a leader who thrives on structure, execution, and enabling teams to perform at their highest level.

Accountabilities:

    • Act as a strategic extension of senior revenue leadership, reducing operational burden and enabling focus on high-impact sales initiatives and key deals.
    • Oversee the daily operations and performance management of a national sales team, including coaching, mentoring, and performance oversight for a team of sales professionals.
    • Manage sales pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and reporting discipline to ensure visibility into revenue performance and deal progression.
    • Serve as the primary coordination point across Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities, resources, and execution plans.
    • Lead and support go-to-market execution by ensuring proper planning, resource allocation, and follow-through on revenue-impacting initiatives.
    • Monitor and improve sales processes including lead management, CRM adoption, pipeline hygiene, and sales tool utilization.
    • Support complex and strategic deals by removing internal blockers, aligning stakeholders, and providing sales and technical guidance where needed.
    • Oversee operational sales functions such as territory planning, compensation processes, forecasting cycles, and monthly business reviews.
    • Partner with finance and accounts receivable teams to improve billing communication, contract management, and reduce revenue leakage or delays.
    • Ensure timely execution of transactional contracts and compliance with internal sales and booking timelines.

    Requirements:

      • 6–10+ years of experience in strategic, enterprise, or national sales roles with a strong track record of revenue generation and team leadership.
      • Proven experience leading and managing sales teams, including coaching, performance management, and operational oversight.
      • Strong technical expertise in the pharmacy or healthcare-related sales environment is highly preferred.
      • Deep understanding of B2B sales processes, including land-and-expand strategies and complex deal cycles.
      • Strong operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
      • Excellent communication and executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
      • Experience working with CRM systems, sales analytics, and AI-enabled tools to enhance sales effectiveness.
      • Ability to operate autonomously, take ownership, and drive execution with minimal oversight.
      • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with a focus on results and accountability.

      Benefits:

        • Competitive executive-level compensation package
        • Performance-based incentives and bonus opportunities
        • Comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, vision)
        • Retirement savings plan options
        • Flexible and remote-friendly work environment
        • Strong executive visibility and influence on revenue strategy
        • Opportunity to lead and shape national sales operations
        • Professional growth in a high-impact, fast-scaling organization
        • Collaborative, cross-functional leadership culture
        • Access to modern sales tools and AI-enabled platforms to enhance performance
