This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced program leader to drive large-scale business process transformation and enterprise system adoption within a highly collaborative healthcare technology environment. In this role, you will serve as the strategic connection point between business operations, IT, and technical enablement teams to ensure successful delivery and continuous improvement of global service and repair systems. You’ll lead cross-functional initiatives focused on process harmonization, governance, operational scalability, and user adoption across international teams and regions. The position combines strategic planning, stakeholder management, business systems optimization, and change leadership in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization. Accountabilities:
- Lead end-to-end program ownership for business process adoption and enterprise system evolution, ensuring alignment between operational goals, technical delivery, and organizational strategy.
- Act as the primary coordination point across business, IT, technical enablement, and regional stakeholders to drive visibility, governance, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Manage large-scale cross-functional initiatives related to service operations, repair workflows, and enterprise business systems implementation and optimization.
- Gather, define, and prioritize business requirements while translating operational needs into actionable system capabilities and development roadmaps.
- Establish governance structures including backlog prioritization, executive reporting, risk management, decision-making frameworks, and progress tracking.
- Drive global process harmonization and support onboarding efforts across international regions including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
- Lead user acceptance testing (UAT), stakeholder communication, change management, training strategies, and post-deployment stabilization activities to ensure strong adoption and operational continuity.
- Partner closely with technical and operational teams to identify dependencies, resolve issues proactively, and ensure scalable, globally aligned solutions.
- Support financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business case development to guide prioritization and operational investment decisions.
- Oversee data governance initiatives, master data quality improvements, and operational reporting standards to enhance system integrity and business performance.
- Monitor program progress, manage risks and escalations, and provide consistent updates and insights to leadership teams.
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of related experience.
- Strong background leading enterprise system implementations, digital transformation programs, or large-scale operational initiatives.
- Experience working within service operations, field service, repair lifecycle management, or related operational environments.
- Demonstrated success managing complex cross-functional programs involving geographically distributed teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate operational business requirements into structured system specifications, prioritized backlogs, and scalable process solutions.
- Experience leading change management, training development, user acceptance testing, and post-deployment support initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of governance frameworks including risk management, executive reporting, prioritization processes, and program controls.
- Familiarity with financial modeling, ROI analysis, and business value assessment for technology and operational investments.
- Exposure to data governance, master data management, and enterprise reporting initiatives preferred.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate complex global environments.
- Experience within healthcare, medical device, or other regulated industries is highly valued.
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively while driving alignment, accountability, and execution across multiple workstreams.
- Willingness to travel approximately 25–50% as needed for collaboration and project delivery.
- Competitive salary range of $149,600 – $224,400 annually, depending on experience, location, and qualifications.
