This role is a high-impact, client-facing sales position focused on driving growth through advanced Sales and Marketing data solutions. You will partner with existing enterprise customers to expand adoption, increase spend, and unlock greater value from integrated data-driven marketing and sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of technology, analytics, and consultative selling, you will engage senior stakeholders to understand their business needs and design tailored solutions that enhance their Martech and Adtech ecosystems. The role requires a strong ability to translate complex data capabilities into clear business outcomes and measurable ROI. You will collaborate closely with account teams and internal specialists to deliver compelling, scalable solutions. This is a strategic, fast-paced environment where relationship-building, commercial insight, and solution selling are critical to success.

Accountabilities:

    • Drive year-over-year revenue growth by selling Sales & Marketing data solutions to existing enterprise customers.
    • Identify, prospect, and qualify new business opportunities within assigned accounts and strategic territories.
    • Conduct in-depth business conversations with stakeholders to understand goals, processes, KPIs, and marketing technology environments.
    • Collaborate with Account Executives and internal specialists to design and position differentiated, high-value solutions.
    • Quantify business impact, including ROI and risks of inaction, to support data-driven sales decisions.
    • Deliver product demonstrations, define service-level expectations, and support solution validation.
    • Participate in account planning, quarterly business reviews, and strategic customer engagements.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior and C-level executives to expand strategic influence.
    • Leverage use cases and best practices to support compelling customer presentations and proposals.
    • Contribute to pipeline management, opportunity tracking, and accurate forecasting of sales activities.

    Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree required.
      • 7+ years of experience in consultative, solution-based sales or senior-level marketing strategy roles.
      • Strong expertise in data-driven marketing, with deep understanding of Martech and Adtech ecosystems.
      • Experience working with database marketing, customer data, or marketing analytics platforms is highly valued.
      • Proven ability to engage senior marketing and sales leaders and influence strategic decisions.
      • Demonstrated success in closing large, complex, enterprise-level deals.
      • Strong understanding of digital, omnichannel, and performance marketing strategies.
      • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
      • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and maintain accurate pipeline forecasting.
      • Results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
      • Comfortable working in fast-paced, matrixed, and highly dynamic environments.
