This role sits at the center of enterprise-scale technical execution, driving strategic programs that enable engineering organizations to operate with greater speed, alignment, and impact. You will lead complex, cross-functional initiatives spanning engineering, product, platform, and go-to-market teams, ensuring clarity across priorities, dependencies, and delivery timelines. The position requires strong executive presence, as you will regularly communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership. You will also play a key role in defining and improving program management frameworks that scale across the organization. This is a high-visibility role in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment where structured thinking and analytical rigor are essential. The work directly influences how engineering teams deliver innovation and build scalable systems across the business.
Accountabilities:
- Lead large-scale, cross-functional technical programs that support strategic engineering and organizational objectives.
- Define and manage program roadmaps, including milestones, dependencies, risks, and critical paths.
- Partner with engineering, product, design, and GTM teams to align priorities and accelerate execution.
- Establish and continuously improve program management frameworks to enhance governance, efficiency, and collaboration.
- Provide data-driven reporting, insights, and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and blockers to ensure successful program delivery.
- Drive executive-level communications, ensuring transparency on progress, challenges, and outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement of engineering operations and scaling practices across teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
- 7–10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise software environments.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience working with platform engineering teams and scaling organizational capabilities.
- Proficiency with program management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar systems.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills.
- Excellent executive communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments and drive transformational initiatives.
- Experience in healthcare technology is a plus.
- Competitive annual salary range: $160,000 – $175,000 (US base)
